Hostinger Plans Compared (2026): Premium vs Unlimited vs Cloud

Short answer: Pick Premium if you have 1 to 3 small sites: it costs $95.52 for four years. Pick Unlimited if you need more than 3 sites or daily backups: it costs $38.40 more over four years. Pick Cloud Startup only for a busy store or an agency with many client sites. Hostinger's old Business plan no longer shows on its pricing page. Unlimited sits in its place.

Which Hostinger plan should you pick?

Answer these three questions in order.

  1. Do you run an online store with lots of visitors, or more than about 10 client sites? Pick Cloud Startup. It has its own share of power, so a busy day won’t slow you down.
  2. Do you need more than 3 websites, or do you change your site every day? Pick Unlimited. You get daily backups, so you lose at most one day of work if something breaks.
  3. Everyone else: pick Premium. It is enough for a blog, a small business site or a portfolio.

You can move up to a bigger plan later. You don’t have to guess right on day one.

Premium vs Unlimited (the old Business plan)

Unlimited costs $38.40 more over the first four years. For that, you get:

The bigger gap comes later. Unlimited renews at $16.99 a month, which is $6 a month more than Premium. If you only need one site and weekly backups feel fine, Premium is the smarter buy.

What happened to Hostinger Business? Hostinger’s pricing page now shows Premium, Unlimited and Cloud Startup. The Business plan is no longer listed. If you see a “Business” plan on an old review, compare it to Unlimited.

What each plan costs over 8 years

The renewal price matters more than the sale price if you keep your site a long time. Hostinger says each plan renews “for the same term,” so this assumes you renew for another 48 months.

Plan First 4 years Next 4 years 8-year total
Premium $95.52 $527.52 $623.04
Unlimited $133.92 $815.52 $949.44
Cloud Startup $383.52 $1,247.52 $1,631.04

When you need a VPS instead

A web hosting plan is for websites. If you want to run an app or an AI agent that stays on all day, you want a VPS. A VPS (virtual private server) is a private server you control. Hostinger’s KVM 2 VPS has 8 GB of memory and renews at $14.99 a month. Read our guide to the best VPS for OpenClaw.
